Program Overview

The Panhandle Soccer Road To Pro Homeschool Academy is designed for student-athletes who want to pursue excellence in education and soccer in a high-level training environment. Our motto is as follows: Train. Develop. Transform.

Our program combines academics, structured soccer training, athletic development, and character development to turn our athletes into well-rounded and well-prepared individuals regardless of their future path, on and off the field.

Our goal is to help every player become a more complete person by developing the following:

  • Technical soccer ability (What to do)

  • Tactical understanding and decision-making (When to do it)

  • Speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, athleticism

  • Academic responsibility and study habits

  • Discipline, accountability, and time management

  • Leadership, teamwork, and character

Who is the program for?

‍The Road to Pro Homeschool Academy is designed for families who are interested in combining homeschooling with a structured soccer-development environment.

The program may be a good fit for student-athletes who:

  • Want additional soccer training during the school week

  • Are currently homeschooled or considering homeschooling

  • Want to develop their soccer ability while maintaining an academic schedule

  • Are interested in a structured student-athlete environment

  • Want additional technical, tactical, physical, and positional development

Player Options

FULL-TIME STUDENT-ATHLETE

A full-time student-athlete participates in the academic and soccer components of the program.

PART-TIME / TRAINING STUDENT

A student-athlete may participate in the soccer-training portion of the program while maintaining their academic education through another homeschool arrangement.

TRAINING-ONLY PLAYER

Players who are primarily interested in additional soccer development may participate in designated training sessions.

Program availability, schedule, and placement may vary based on age, player needs, enrollment, and program capacity.

Academic Environment

The program is designed to provide student-athletes with dedicated time for academic work in a supportive environment. While full-time tutors will be available to assist with academics, the student-athletes will be challenged to learn how to problem solve independently. Parents will be responsible for selecting the curriculum their child will use during the program, we will simply provide the guard rails necessary to learn and complete the necessary coursework.

Students may use academic time for:

  • Homeschool curriculum

  • Online coursework

  • Independent assignments

  • Reading

  • Writing

  • Mathematics

  • Educational projects

  • Other parent-approved academic resources

Parents remain responsible for selecting and managing their student’s homeschool curriculum and educational requirements unless otherwise specified in a separate program agreement.

Training Day Schedule

MORNING

8:30–9:00 AM — Student Drop-Off

9:15 AM — Transportation to Training Location

9:30–11:30 AM — Soccer Training

AFTERNOON

11:45 AM–12:15 PM — Lunch

12:30–3:00 PM — Academic / Tutoring Time

3:15 PM — Pickup / End of Program Day

Schedules and training locations may change due to weather, field availability, academic activities, special events, coaching education, field trips, or other program needs. Parents will be notified of schedule changes.
